Yes. Night operations are permitted under Part 107 provided the aircraft has anti-collision lighting visible for at least three statute miles and the pilot has completed the updated recurrent training that covers night operations.

When do I need a Part 107 waiver?

You need a waiver whenever your operation cannot comply with a specific Part 107 rule — for example, beyond visual line of sight or flight over people that does not fit the four operations-over-people categories.

Does Part 107 apply to me if I fly indoors?
