DroneAudit provides educational organization tools and compliance management assistance. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory approval. You are responsible for confirming applicable requirements with the FAA, Transport Canada, or other regulators.

Your data

Drone profiles, documents, and audits you create are stored in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for backing up any information that matters to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its content, design, and DroneAudit Score methodology, is the property of AmpWell Consulting. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmpWell Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

AmpWell Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
